From August 1st through October 31st, 2009, Tamron is looking for the best macro image for their 2009 Up Close & Personal Macro Photography Contest.
The Grand Prize Winner will receive a Tamron SP AF60mm F2 Di-II 1:1 Macro lens for his or her Canon, Nikon or Sony APS-C DSLR* ($569 value) and a Metz Mecablitz 15 MS-1 Digital wireless macro-ring flash ($422 value). Twenty finalists will be selected to be featured on Tamron’s website and displayed at PMA 2010. Winners will be announced on 12/15/09 on the Tamron website and Tamron page on Facebook and on Tamron’s Twitter feed.
Photographers using full frame DSLRs or 35mm cameras will receive the Tamron SP AF90mm F/2.8 Di lens. No other substitutionsof prizes allowed.
